My Path, My Purpose
Namaste! I'm Gagan, and like you, I want our children to thrive with confidence and inner peace. My journey with yoga and mindfulness began in childhood in India, bringing me profound calm.
When I saw these practices work 'wonders' for my own kids – boosting their focus and emotional resilience – it ignited a passion. I've since led successful school workshops, driven to empower every child. Comfortable clothes like leggings, joggers, or a t-shirt are perfect. No special yoga attire is needed, just something they can move freely in.

Do they need a yoga mat?
You're welcome to bring your child's own mat, but we provide clean, comfortable mats at the venue for all participants. No need to buy one!

My child is 4.5 or 9.5 years old — is it okay to join?
The workshop is designed for children aged 5–9 years. If your child is just outside this range but you feel they would benefit and enjoy the group, please reach out — we’re happy to discuss and see if it’s a good fit.

What if my child is shy?
It's completely normal for children to be shy at first. We create a gentle, welcoming space where every child feels safe and encouraged to participate at their own pace.

What language is the workshop in?
The workshop is taught bilingually (English and Dutch), using simple, child-friendly language to ensure all children can follow and engage easily.

Can siblings attend together?
Yes! Siblings aged 6-9 years are very welcome to join the same group, fostering a supportive and familiar environment for their learning journey.
