Terms & Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all programs, classes, workshops, and services provided by The Mindful Kids, operated by Gagan Deep in the Netherlands. By booking a class or using our services, you agree to these terms.

2. Registration & Payment

Class registration is confirmed upon receipt of payment. Payment is due before the start of the program. We accept payment via bank transfer and online payment methods. The 15% sibling discount applies when enrolling multiple children from the same family.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

You may cancel your registration up to 7 days before the program start date for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days of the start date are non-refundable but may be credited toward a future program. Individual missed classes cannot be refunded. We reserve the right to cancel a class due to insufficient enrollment, in which case a full refund will be provided.

4. Health & Safety

Parents/guardians are responsible for informing us of any health conditions, allergies, or special needs that may affect their child's participation. Our classes are designed to be safe and inclusive. However, participation is at the parent's/guardian's own risk. We hold appropriate liability insurance for all our activities.

5. Photos & Media

We may take photos or videos during classes for promotional purposes. We will always request written parental consent before using any images of children. You may withdraw consent at any time by contacting us at themindfulnl@gmail.com.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, ebooks, and course materials, is owned by The Mindful Kids. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use our materials without written permission. Free ebooks are for personal use only.

7. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Noord-Holland, the Netherlands.
