We collect the following personal data only when you voluntarily provide it:

• Name and email address (via our contact form, ebook downloads, or trial class registration)
• Your child's age range (when booking classes)
• Location preference (Amstelveen, Hoofddorp, or Nieuw-Vennep)
• Any health information you choose to share for class safety purposes

3. How We Use Your Data

We use your personal data only for the following purposes:

• To deliver ebooks and free resources you request
• To communicate about classes, schedules, and programs
• To send you relevant updates (only if you opt in)

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is processed through Resend (email service) and stored securely. We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with third parties. We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes described above.

5. Children's Privacy

We take children's privacy very seriously. We do not collect personal data directly from children. All data is provided by parents or guardians. We never share children's information with third parties. Photos or videos from classes are only used with explicit written parental consent.

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to: access your personal data, correct inaccurate data, request deletion of your data, withdraw consent at any time, and file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
