Namaste! I'm Gagan
Yoga teacher, mother, and founder of The Mindful Kids

Like you, I want our children to thrive with confidence and inner peace. My journey with yoga and mindfulness began in childhood in India, bringing me profound calm.
When I saw these practices work 'wonders' for my own kids — boosting their focus and emotional resilience — it ignited a passion. I've since led successful school workshops, driven to empower every child.
As an immigrant in the Netherlands, I learned early on that adaptation is a strength, but it also comes at a cost. You learn to function, but sometimes forget to feel. That experience taught me that emotional skills don't come automatically — they need to be practised, just like reading or maths.

The AATAM philosophy
The Mindful Kids was born from AATAM Studio — my program for adults that helps professionals train the skills AI cannot replace: creativity, emotional regulation, empathy, and resilience.
Rainbow Feelings translates this philosophy for children. We don't teach children what to feel. We help them unblock what's already inside them — through story, breath, movement and play.
Prevention, not therapy
I believe we don't need to wait until children have problems before giving them tools. The habits a child builds at age 6 determine how that child handles stress at age 26. That's not theory — that's neurobiology.
I'm now dedicated to sharing these vital tools through dedicated workshops with your family, empowering every child to grow into their most confident, joyful self.
